How To Use:
Soak 200gm Chick Peas For 8 To 10 hours drain water in the morning.
In a Large Kadai heat 5 tbsp Cooking Oil. Add 2 tsp Cumin and 2 Bay Leaf.
Add Green Chilli And Ginger-Garlic Paste {optional}.
Add 1 large finely chopped Tomatoes and stir and cook well for 5 minute.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp SOSE Choley Masala And Salt to your taste.
Tips:
Add some dry Fenugreek and Mint Leaves to enhance taste of Choley.
Stir well and add 3 to 4 glass water (800 ml) cover kadai with lid and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or pressure cooker for 20 minutes with 500 ml water.
Garnish with fresh Coriander leaves. Serve with hot bhature, Puri or Paratha.
