• Heat 4 tbsp butter on large tava. add 2tsp cumin seeds,
• When the seeds crackle add 1.5 tbsp chilli-garlic paste. saute on midium flame for 2 minutes.
• Add 1/4 cup chopped onion.mix and saute for 2 minutes.
• Add1/4 cup chopped capsicum saute for 2 minutes
• Add 1 cup chopped tomato.mix well and again cook for 2to4 minutes.
• Add 1to1.5 tbsp sose pulav masala.
• Add salt to your taste.and mix well.
• Add 2-1/2 cup cooked rice And 1/2 cup boiled green peas.
• Mix well and cook for 2 to3 minutes.
• Garnish with fresh coriander and piece of butter.
• Make pulav in butter for authentic test.
