Soak 200gm Rajma overnight, Drain water in the morning.
In a large kadai heat 4 tbsp Ghee or Oil.
Add 2 tsp Cumin and 2 Bay Leaf.
Add Green Chilli and Ginger-Garlic paste {optional}.
Sauté 2 large finely chopped Onion till golden brown.
Add 1 large finely chopped Tomato and stir and cook well for 5 minutes.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp Sidha Kisan Se Organic Rajma Masala and Salt to your taste.
Add soaked Rajma and pinch of baking Soda to it Stir well and add 3 to 4 glass water {800 ml}.
Cover kadai with lid and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or Pressure cooker for 20 minutes with 500 ml water.
Tips : Add 2 tbsp Butter or fresh Cream for creamy texture.
Garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves.
Serve with Jeera Rice or Steam Rice.
