How to use :
• Pour entire SO GOOD Dalwada mix in a large vessel.
• Add 1 large chopped onion, chopped green chili to your taste,and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some coriander leaves.
• Add 250- ml water and 10 ml hot oil mix well.and keep aside for 10 minutes add 50 ml more water if required.
• Heat oil in frying pan for deep fry(oil temperature should be enough to make a droplet of batter to float quickly)
• Put small individual portion of batter in to oil.let it fry till golden brown on midium to high flame.
• Serve vadas with fried chilli, sliced onion.
Tips :
• Use chopped spicy chilli in batter.
