How to use :
• In a large bowl transfer so good idli mix and add 200 gram sour curd and 300 ml of water. And make a smooth batter
• keep a side for 2-3 minutes.add little water or curd if batter seems thick.
• Put to boil approx 1 litre water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker.
• Apply light oil to a set of idli moulds and then pour batter into each moulds.
• Put idli mould set in boiling water vessel and cover it with perfect lead.
• Steam cook idlies for 10 to 15 minutes on medium to high flame.
• Allow idlies to cool for two minutes and demould idlies with help of spoon.
• Serve idlies with coconut chutney and sambar.
