Cook 200 gm soaked rice with 5 cup of water ,1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Oil for 5 minutes till more then half cooked.
Drain water completely with help of strainer and keep aside.
Mix 1 to 2 tbsp SOSE Biriyani Masala with 5 tbsp Curd and mix well and keep aside.
In a large pan heat 2 tbsp Ghee and 1tbsp oil. Saute 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste on low flame and some whole spices if you wish.
Add 1 medium size sliced Onion and saute till golden brown.
Add Curd paste and 250gm of boiled vegetables of your choice (Green Peas, Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Beans)cook on low flame and stir continously for 1minute.
In large heavy bottom pan mix half cooked Rice and vegetable mixture.
Add Salt to your taste.
Cover pan with lid and cook till Rice cooked well.
Tips 1- Add handful chopped fresh Mint Leaves to it.
Tips 2- use flat cooking spoon to stir. Garnish with golden fried sliced onion, golden fried cashew and some cubes of cottage Cheese. Serve with cold raita of your choice.
