Stevie Awards Silver Win Honors Call Center Sales Pro Vice President as 2021 Female Executive of the Year

SEYMOUR, TN — Call Center Sales Pro Vice President of Operations Lisa Phillips has won a Silver Stevie Awards in the 18th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees, and the companies they run– worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Winners will be celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Registration for the ceremony is now on sale.

More than 1,500 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 100 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women Run Workplace of the Year. Phillips was chosen for the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services –11 to 2,500 Employees category.

The judges chose Phillips for her “warmth, support, compassion and delivering on such strong results this year,” noting that she “walks the walk and demonstrates what leadership is,” and commended “great work in continually innovating for the company and helping the business in this tough time.”

Phillips’ nomination summarized the role she plays in educating and mentoring fellow team members, supporting a dominantly female team that produces career-caliber successes for entry level workers. By carving a professional path to leadership positions from the agents on the front lines of its thriving call center operation, Phillips helps ensure 360 degree insights inform key business decisions. Phillips was also nominated for re-envisioning industry KPIs employed by CCSP to measure call quality vs the industry normative call quantity.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 business professionals around the world, working on eight juries.

Phillips is the third senior leader at Call Center Sales Pro to win a Stevie over the previous two consecutive award years joining Call Center Sales Pro Founder and CEO Janet Livingston and Operations Manager Carmelo Gonzalez, a Bronze winner in the 2020 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service in the Call Center Manager of the Year category.
